Chris brings over 28 years of construction management and development experience to MedCraft and leads the design and construction teams for development of our medical facilities. He is actively engaged in long range campus and facility planning, establishing project budgets and schedules, contract negotiations, entitlements, and obtaining government and healthcare system approvals. In addition, Chris works closely with hospital senior leadership, leading them through the development process by implementing our customized processes, ensuring team member accountability, schedule management, and quality assurance to deliver projects that exceed our health system partners goals and expectations. He recently wrote an article on repurposing big box and retail buildings for medical use. This article was published in the September 2020 issue of Health Facilities Management magazine. When not building medical facilities, Chris enjoys working on his cabin in northern MN, going on motorcycle road trips with his wife, gardening, musky fishing, and anything else outdoors. And he makes a mean pickle, having won several ribbons at his local county fair.
